No, but it helps. Without it you get IndexNow submissions and page checks. With it (Pro), you also see Google's real index status for each page.
No tool can do that honestly. Google decides what to index. Indexidia finds the reasons Google skips pages, tells you how to fix them, and keeps your sitemap clean. Tools that promise "instant Google indexing" usually misuse Google's Indexing API, which is only allowed for job postings and livestreams.
